Handles velcro on to car seat handle to keep your little one covered. Or you can flip the cover over the handle so baby can see out with out having to remove the cover.

Diaper Pouch and Changing Pad $12
Keep your diapers/wipes and changing pad all together inside your diaper bag or purse.
Boy and Girl version available.
Changing Pad rolls up and fit inside the diaper pouch with diapers/wipes.
